Per Session Costs
Your first appointment is 80 minutes. During this session, we’ll review your intake forms, discuss your health goals, and create a personalized treatment plan. The visit includes a 15–30 minute consultation, which may involve physical assessments. While acupuncture is a core part of your session, depending on your needs, it may also include cupping, gua sha, tuina, e-stim, and herbal or lifestyle recommendations — all at no additional cost.
This appointment is 50 minutes for established patients as a follow-up. If you have not been seen in clinic for over 6 months, a new patient visit is recommended to allow more time for assessments and consultation. Treatments will include acupuncture as the core of the session, and, if time allows, may also include cupping, gua sha, tuina, e-stim, and herbal or lifestyle recommendations at no additional cost. Please note that the limited time does not allow for in-depth bodywork. If you would like extra time for bodywork, please book a Follow-Up Acupuncture + Bodywork session.
This appointment is 80 minutes for established patients as a follow-up. It includes everything in the Follow-Up session, plus 30 additional minutes for extra bodywork. This may include more time for cupping, gua sha, tuina, and energy work upon request.

This 30-minute telehealth appointment includes an herbal prescription, dietary guidance, and lifestyle recommendations based on a Chinese medicine assessment. Please note that the cost of herbs is not included and will vary based on your needs.
This 15-minute telehealth appointment is for patients who have already been working with herbs or lifestyle changes and have questions or issues that need to be addressed. During this session, we will review your current or new prescription and make adjustments as needed.
Packages and Memberships
Our Membership offers the greatest savings and includes a two-month commitment for 10 total sessions, scheduled once per week. Memberships are billed monthly for two months (5 sessions per month), for a total savings of $200.
This membership is non-refundable and auto-bills for the second month. Sessions are intended to be used weekly; unused sessions do not roll over. Depending on the calendar, the full 10 sessions may extend slightly into a third month.

This program provides discounted sessions for individuals experiencing financial hardship. To participate, you must schedule either an Initial Visit or a free discovery call to see if you qualify. Two patients are accepted into the program per month, and participants are expected to follow their recommended treatment plan.
Policies
Non-refundable
Patients are responsible for using all package sessions before they expire. Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Our 24-hour cancellation policy and 15-minute late grace period apply to all appointments. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.
Insurance
Ashra Integrative Medicine is NOT in network with insurance providers, but we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
